Commission Info!

TOS:

• I reserve the right to refuse any commission without explanation.
• I reserve the full rights to all images and their distribution unless otherwise agreed upon. You may not use or redistribute the artwork as your own.
• I reserve the right to display the commissioned piece on my website, online galleries, and portfolio, unless otherwise agreed upon. Any original characters/designs will be clearly credited to you. (Essentially, just let me know if you don't want me posting the artwork anywhere.)
• The commissioned image may not be used under any circumstances for non fungible tokens, cryptocurrency, or for training AI.
• Commissioned artwork is for personal use only and may not be used for profit in any way. Personal use includes: icons, wallpapers, banners, posting to social media, with credit to me either to this page or generally as @Nymphaerie.
• You may not trace, edit, or otherwise modify the artwork in any way.

Process/Timeline:

• Payment is upfront, and I will begin work within three days from receiving the request.
• Generally, commissions will take about a month to complete. Simpler requests (such as flat color options) may take less time, but it is not guaranteed.
• 1st week: I will contact you to approve the rough sketch and color key. Edits to composition, pose, lighting, etc. will be allowed at this point. No major edits can be made after the sketch and color key are approved.
• 2nd week: I will send you a progress update at the end of the week. Minor edits can be made at this point.
• 3rd week: Touchups and last minute corrections. If your request includes specific rendering or post-processing effects, I will contact you with options at this time. Once you've approved an option, the final piece will be sent within five days.
